摘 要:以磷酸三丁酯取代的五氯化钼(简称Mo)及间甲酚取代的三异丁基铝(简称Al)为催化剂引发异戊二烯(Ip)聚合,考察了n(Mo):n(Ip)、n(Al):n(Mo)及聚合温度对单体转化率和催化剂效率的影响。采用FTIR和1H-NMR对聚合产物的微观结构进行测试表征,用DSC测定聚合产物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg);结果表明在反应温度为50℃、n(Mo):n(Ip)为4.0×10-4、n(Al):n(Mo)为30、聚合24h所得的聚异戊二烯(PIp)中1,4-结构摩尔分数为55.7%,3,4-结构的为22.5%和1,2-结构的为21.8%,该PIp的Tg为-35.1℃。The polymerization of isoprene was initiated using tributyl phosphate substituted molybdenum pentachloride(Mo for short) and m-cresol substituted triisobutyl aluminum(Al for short) as catalysts. The influence of n(Mo):n(Ip), n(A1):n(Mo) and the polymerization temperature on the monomer conversion and catalyst efficiency was investigated. The microstructures of polymerization products were identified and characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The glass transition temperatures(Tg) of the polymerization products were determined by DSC. The results show that the obtained polyisoprene(PIp)contains 1,4-isomer of molar fraction 55.7%, 3,4-isomer of 22.5%, 1,2-isomer of 21.8%, and its Tg is -35.1 ℃when the reaction temperature is 50℃, n(Mo): n(Ip)=4.0 ×10^-4, n(Al): n(Mo)=30, and polymerization time is 24h.
