欺骗的测试与案件信息认知过程特征分析

摘　　要：认知测谎是通过比对被测人加工案件相关语句、图片等刺激时,所诱发的脑电认知特征,分析确定与案情及现场的关系,这是当今测谎的趋势。文章从分析案件相关认知过程的欺骗测试、案件认知过程与撒谎相关特征产生、涉案人撒谎是用真的识别结果做假的判断选择、涉案人应对测谎所实施的"战略"和"战术"撒谎的层面等四个方面,对案件相关认知过程特征的产生进行了分析。As a new development trend of lie detection, Cognitive lie detection can be mainly used in analyzing and determining the relationship between facts of a case and scene, through comparing some words and pictures obtained by strong stimulation, which information concern come from people who is detected in a case with the cognitive features of some information brought by brain wave. This paper analysis systemically the cognitive process features of case concern, and talks about discriminating the cases of victimization, lie detection features, and some information concern of psychological test.
