摘　　要：本文首先介绍了传统人工语音广播存在的局限性,然后结合业务运营的经验,重点分析了如何利用语音合成技术设计智能语音播报系统的构架、系统功能和主要业务流程,并给出了相关的建议。This article first describes the limitations of traditional man-made broadcast, and then combines experience in business operation. This paper focuses on analysis how to use the speech synthesis technology to design the structure, system function and main business process of intelligent voice broadcast system, giving the the corresponding recommendations at the same time.
