摘  要:在分析现有转炉裙罩系统的基础上,针对一种新型转炉裙罩结构,建立了转炉裙罩系统的三维实体模型;基于有限单元法,建立了转炉裙罩系统三维静力分析有限元模型,针对转炉5个工作位置,分为四种工况,对该系统在实际惯性载荷作用下的应力和变形进行了数值仿真;分析结果表明,该系统为超静定结构,稳定性和可靠性高,系统应力低于材料许用值,且主要集中在连杆机构上,有效地保护了挡渣裙板,降低了设备维护费用,满足实际使用要求,具有一定的工程应用价值。On the basis of analysis the existing slag shield system of converter, the 3D model of new type slag shield system was built. By using finite element method, the finite element model of 3D static analysis of slag shield system was established. Considering converter's five different working position, the system's stress and distortion on the action of inertial load were calculated by four working condition. The analysis result indicate the system is a statically indeterminate structure with high stability and high reliability ; the stress of system is lower than the allow- able stress of material, and the main stress is on linkages, it shields the slag shield effectively, and reduces the cost for maintaining. The system meets the using requirement, and has great engineering value.
