摘　　要：通过理论分析平整机轴承所需润滑油量,对平整机润滑系统的设计能力进行了全面计算和分析,最终分析出轴承异常温升的主要原因,并制定了改进措施,通过实施取得了明显效果。The necessary lubricating oil amount of bearing of the skin-pass mill is analyzed theoretically, and the designed capacity of the lubricating system is also calculated and analyzed in an all around way. The main reason of abnormal temperature rise of the backup roller bearing has been found, and the good effects are achieved through the application of improvement countermeasures.
