摘　　要：根据"与时俱进"的观点,论述了润滑油品的三个发展阶段;论述由于添加剂的应用,从根本上改变了润滑机理,润滑油的黏度和工作温度已不再是选择油品的重要指标;目前企业正在使用的关于润滑方面的标准、制度和规范,应该重新修订。论证了好油品的标志,是高性能(包括承载能力、高低温性能)、长寿命;追求的是综合经济效益。According to ＂advance with the times,＂ the view of the lubricating oil products on the three stages of development. The application of additives has fundamentally changed the lubrication mechanism. Lubricant viscosity and temperature, is no longer an important indicator of oil choice. At present, enterprises in the lubricant used on the standard,institution,criterion, must be re-established. Demonstrated a good sign of oil is high-performance （including the carrying capacity, high-temperature performance） , long-lived. The pursuit of the comprehensive economic benefits.
