摘　　要：提出一个间接测定半导体激光器组件（以下简称LD组件）内部温度的方法；根据测试作出的曲线，可以预置激光器在给定的工作温度上。An indirect method to measure the LD component's internal temperature is presented. We can set the laser component at a certain temperature according to the curve of the measurement.
