摘　　要：目的分析BC-5500血细胞分析仪对白细胞进行五分类的可信性。方法对仪器分类进行批内和批间精密度测定;分别对正常体检人群、一般患者和确诊的血液病患者的标本用仪器分类,同时用手工分类,并进行统计学处理。结果BC-5500血细胞分析仪对白细胞进行分类的重复性好、精密度高。结论BC-5500血细胞分析仪对白细胞的分类技术已经达到了较高的水平。Objective To analyse the BC-5500 hematology analyzer of the white blood cells to the credibility of the five categories. Methods The classification of the equipment within and between-batch precision measurement,Physical examination were normal people,normal patients and patients with blood diseases diagnosed specimens instruments classified at the same time with the manual classification,and statistical analysis. Results BC-5500 hematology analyzer of the classification of white blood cells good reproducibility and high precision. Conclusion BC-5500 hematology analyzer of the white blood cell classification technology has reached a higher level.
