摘　　要：介绍用高斯芯腔改善大功率CO2激光模式，以GaAs基片为例阐明位相统一输出镜的膜系设计方法和制作技巧.应用该镜获得了准基模700W输出;并有进一步提高功率和效率的潜力.The idea of Gauss-Core resonator for improvement of the mode of high-power Co, laser has been introduced. The key for design and manufacture of the heart element,phaseunifying coupler,has been clarified,so that it can be made with conventional thin film technique. Using the coupler near-TEM00 mode of 700W was obtained. It is pointed that it is full of promise further to raise the power and efficiency.
