摘  要:以环氧有机硅复合改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)作为黑索今(RDX)包覆剂,研究了包覆温度、WPU用量、RDX粒度及表面活性剂种类和用量对包覆后RDX机械感度、热感度和流散性的影响,并通过撞击感度测试、5s延滞期爆发点测试和金相显微镜晶型观测分析确定了较佳的包覆工艺条件。结果表明,包覆温度40℃、WPU质量分数2.0%、RDX粒度200~300目和阳离子表面活性剂质量分数0.5%~1.0%时,包覆后的RDX颗粒形状圆滑,感度较低,颗粒间包覆剂残留较少,流散性良好。Using waterborne polyurethanes (W-PU) adhesive modified by epoxy resin and siloxane coupling agent as RDX coating agent, the coating temperature, the amount of WPU, the size of the RDX particles and the amount and species of surfaetant effect on the mechanical sensitivity, thermal sensitivity and dispersion of the coated RDX were researched. By analyzing the impact sensitivity test, the thermal sensitivity test and optical microscope observa- tion crystalline, the better coating process conditions were given. The results showed that the optimum technology conditions as follow: coated temperature was 40℃, the amount of WPU was 2. 0%, RDX was about 200 -300 mesh size and the amount of cationic surfactant was 0. 5% - 1.0%. The shape of the coated RDX particles was smooth, the meehanieal sensitivity was lower, the residues between particles was less and it had better dispersion.
