摘 要:急性ICVD患者,随机分入激光综合治疗组和常规药物组,两组患者均予通脉液500ml.川芎嗪100mg静脉滴注,每天一次,十天为一疗程,激光组同时予ILLLI,波长632.8nm,末端输出功率1.5~2.0mW,每次60分钟,每天一次,十天为一疗程。两组患者均在治疗前后四次取血作纤溶功能动态检测。结果表明,ILLLI具有降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量,降低PAI活性,增强t—PA活性,增加血浆FDP和D—Dimer含量的作用。能够激活患者的纤溶功能.是ILLLII治疗ICVD的机理之一。In the present study, 40 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) were randomly divided into common used drug group (drug group, 20 cases ) .which was only given dextron 500ml and ligustrazini phosphatis 100mg intravellously once a day totally for 10 days, and laser combined group (laser group, 20 cases), which was given common used drug and intravascular low-level He-Ne laser irradiation (ILLLI) therapy daily for 10 days (each procedure lasted 60 min at output end power of 1. 5-2. 0mW). Activity of fibrinolytic system was performed dynamically in each group. The result showed that ILLLI therapy could decrease plasma fibrinogen contents and PAI activity, increase t - PA activity, FDP and D - Dimer level. Therfore, it showed ILLLI could stimuilate activity of fibrinolytic system, this may be one of mechanisms of ILLLI therapy in the patients with ICVD.
