境外生源医学生主观幸福感及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省医学类高校境外生源医学生的主观幸福感现状以及人格特征、社会支持对主观幸福感的影响,探讨医学类高校境外生心理健康情况。方法采用一般人口学问卷、总体幸福感指数量表、艾森克人格问卷简易量表以及领悟社会支持量表,对广东省医学类高校410名境内生源以及218名境外生源医学生进行调查。结果境外生的主观幸福感总分低于境内生,港澳生与非港澳生主观幸福感总分差异无统计学意义;境外生主观幸福感得分在年龄、专业等方面的差异无统计学意义;境外生主观幸福感与人格特征中的内外向呈正相关,与神经质以及掩饰质呈负相关;社会支持与境外生主观幸福感呈正相关;境外生中港澳生主观幸福感的主要影响因素为家庭支持、内外向人格以及神经质,非港澳生主观幸福感的主要影响因素为掩饰质、外向、朋友支持等。结论社会支持、内外向、掩饰质以及神经质是境外生主观幸福感的主要影响因素。Objective To study the situation of subjective well-being and the effect of personality,social support on subjective well-being,and to explore international medical undergraduate students＇ psychological health situation.Methods Questionnaire of common demographics data,General Well-Being Schedule（GWB）,Eysenck personality questionnaire-R Short scale（EPQ-RS） and Perceived Social Support Schedule（PASS） were used to test 410 domestic students and 218 international medical undergraduate students.Results The total score on subjective well-being of international undergraduate was lower than that of domestic students.There was significant difference of GWB between classes and specialties.The relationship between GWB and Extraversion was positive,the relationship among GWB and Neuroticism,lie scale were negative.Social support was positively correlated with GWB;For the students from Hongkong and Macao,the factors affecting GWB were family support,Extraversion and Neuroticism and for the international students not from Hongkong and Macao,the factors affecting GWB were lie scale,Extraversion and friend support.Conclusion Social support,Extraversion,lie scale and Neuroticism are the main related factors of subjective well-being of international medical undergraduate students.
