云南省某地区艾滋病遗孤儿童行为问题与健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解9～15岁艾滋遗孤儿童的行为问题现状、健康状况及其关系,为做好遗孤儿童的心理辅导和心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表、自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对9～15岁60名艾滋遗孤儿童行为问题、健康状况进行测查。结果艾滋遗孤儿童行为问题检出率为53.3%,其中男童检出率为55.3%,女童检出率为50.0%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.155,P=0.694);遗孤儿童生理健康水平得分为(111.55±21.24),心理健康水平得分为(97.22±19.47),社会健康水平得分为(86.33±15.03);男、女童行为问题组的SRHMS各项得分普遍低于非行为问题组;男女童行为问题总分对SRHMS各项目(除社会支持)均有显著的负向预测作用。结论艾滋病遗孤儿童行为问题较为突出,健康状况不容乐观,社会、学校必须给予高度关注。Objective To explore the current situation of behavioral problem and health of AIDS-orphans aged 9 to 15,and to provide the evidence for its intervention skills.Methods By using Achenbach＇s Child Behavior Checklist and SRHMS,60 AIDS-orphans（aged 9-15） were analyzed.Results The incidence of behavior problem was 53.3% among AIDS-orphan.Female＇s was 50.0% and male＇s was 55.3%.And there as significant difference between different genders（χ2=0.155,P=0.694）.Their physical health level scored（111.55±21.24）,psychology health level scored （97.22±19.47） and social health level scored （86.33±15.03）.Their health conditions who had behavior problems were worse than those of others.Their behavior problem scores had a good predictable effect to the self-tested health except social support.Conclusion The percentage of behavioral problems of AIDS-orphans is so serious,their health conditions are not optimistic,that the society and school should pay attention to them.
