摘  要:目的探讨高校不同部门教工职业紧张与自评健康的关系,为缓解教工的职业紧张和促进其身心健康提供依据。方法运用中文版工作内容问卷,对云南省某综合大学1337名在职教工进行职业紧张测评,采用简明健康状况调查问卷对教工的生理、心理健康状况进行调查。结果控制了相关因素后,随着工作心理要求和职业紧张的增加,教学部门教工出现不良生理、心理健康状况及行政部门教工出现不良心理健康状况的风险也增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。而随着工作自主性的增加,教学部门和行政部门教工出现不良生理、心理健康状况的风险逐渐减低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。后勤部门教工的工作要求、工作自主性和职业紧张与自评健康相关性差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论职业紧张与高校不同部门教工自评健康状况相关。Objective To examine the association between job strain and perceived health functioning among university staff of different departments,and to provide evidence for the improvement.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 1 337 university staff.The job strain was measured by the Chinese version job content questionnaire.The short-form health survey questionnaire was applied to assess perceived physical health and mental health functioning.Results After adjusting relevant confounding factors,higher job demand and job strain were associated with both poor physical health and mental health functioning in staff engaged in teaching(P0.05 or P0.01),only with mental health functioning in staff engaged in official work(P0.05 or P0.01).Moreover,lower job control was related to poor physical health and mental health functioning in both teachers and office workers(P0.05 or P0.01).However,the association was not found among staff engaged in support services.Conclusion The job strain is associated with health functioning among university staff of different departments.
