摘 要:目的探讨药物抗吸湿新方法。方法葡萄糖为模型物,加入不同比例的聚乙二醇,制成溶液,冷冻干燥,粉碎,测定临界相对湿度。结果葡萄糖的临界相对湿度为77.64%,含有3%、5%、10%、15%、20%、33%聚乙二醇的葡萄糖混合物的临界相对湿度分别为92.79%、88.33%、89.51%、87.67%、83.77%、81.36%。结论聚乙二醇可显著降低葡萄糖的吸湿性。推断可通过加入聚乙二醇降低与葡萄糖有相同吸湿机制药物的吸湿性。Objective To study a new method for increasing moisture absorption resistance of the medicine. Methods The glucose(model) and polyethylene glycol(antagonist)were mixed in certain ratio and then were frozen, dried, grind- ed for the measurement of the critical relative humidity(CRH). Results The CRH of glucose was 77.64 %. The CRH of glucose mixture with polyethylene glycol in the proportions of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, and 33 % was 92.79 %, 88.33 %, 89.51%, 87.67 %, 83.77 %, and 81.36 %, respectively. Conclusion Polyethylene glycol can de- grade the moisture absorption of glucose. It is suggested that the addition of polyethylene plyeol can degrade the ab- sorption of the medicine which has the same moisture absorption mechanism with the glucose .
