摘　　要：分析了工业化生产的硅太阳电池中，影响其短路电流、开路电压和填充因子等光电特性的因素及改善方法。The factors affecting the photoelectric properties such as short-circuit current,open-circuit voltage,and fill factor of the silicon solar cells by industrialized production are analyzed,followed by discussion on the methods for improving these factors.
