江苏省农村2006年7岁以下儿童体格发育调查

摘　　要：【目的】对江苏省农村的体格发育调查资料进行分析，了解其农村7岁以下儿童体格发育的状况和变化趋势，为卫生行政部门制定我省农村儿童保健、医疗卫生政策提供依据。【方法】采用分层整群随机抽样的方法对江苏省的三个县级市淮安市、太仓市、金坛市及如东县的7岁以下儿童的体格发育状况进行了调查，共调查了7岁以下儿童8800例，其中男童4360例，女童4440例。【结果】2006年江苏省农村7岁以下儿童除女童初生儿身长外，各年龄组男女儿童体重、身高（长）均高于1985年中国十省农村七岁以下儿童体格发育指标，且随着年龄增长差异增大（P〈0．01）。江苏省农村儿童的生长发育水平与2005年中国九市7岁以下儿童体格发育测量标准比较，体重、身高（长）在4～6月后均低于此标准，且随着年龄增长差异增大（P〈0．01）。【结论】20年来江苏省农村儿童的生长发育水平有了快速的提高，但与营养较好的城市儿童比较还存在一定差距。[Objective] To understand the status and the general trend of physique development of children under 7 in the country of Jiangsu province, and to provide the child growth reference data to the health administrative departments to make the policy about children＇s health care in the country. [Methods] With stratified random cluster sampling method, the children under 7 years old in Rudong County, Huaian City, Taicang County and Jintan City in Jiangsu province were selected. The subjects consisted of 8 800 children including 4 360 boys and 4 440 girls. Weight, height （length）, head and chest circumference were measured. [Results] Except the height of newborns among girls, the mean weight and height （length） was greater than the results of the children in the country of 10 provinces in 1985, and the difference was increased with chronological age （P〈0.01）. Compared with the new standards of Child growth standards of China, the weight was greater before 21 month and was lower after 21 month. Weight and length differed significantly during 4-6 month（P〈0.01 ）. [Conduo sions] The level of growth and development of children under 7 in Jiangsu province has been improved during the 20 years, but was still lower than the Child growth standards of China after 2 years old. So much attention should be paid to the child＇s health care after 2 years old, especially to the stay-at-home children and group child in infants＇ school.
