摘　　要：针对中国电石法PVC面临的节能减排、资源利用、产能过剩等的挑战与压力,提出了其可持续发展的措施与建议。According to PVC by calcium carbide is facing challenges and great pressure of energy saving and emission reduction, resource utilization and over capacity, the measures and suggestions of sustained development were put forward.
