酸胁迫及其缓解对结缕草种子萌发及胚生长的影响

摘  要:用柠檬酸(C6H8O7.H2O)和柠檬酸钠(C6H5Na3O7.2H2O)两种试剂配制pH=5的酸度处理缓冲溶液,对结缕草种子进行酸胁迫及其缓解发芽试验.结缕草种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数以及胚芽和胚根长度均极显著地低于对照,平均发芽时间极显著地高于对照,表明酸胁迫对结缕草种子萌发有着极显著水平的负效效益,而酸胁迫缓解处理一定程度上减弱了酸胁迫的阻抑效应.在酸性土壤上建植结缕草草坪,出苗期浇水能够缓解土壤的酸度效应,有利于草坪建植的成功.The buffer solutions of C6H8O7·H2O and C6 stress to measure and analyse the germinality and the growth C6H5Na3O2·2H2O with pH = 5 were used for acid of radical and plumule of Zoysia japonica seeds. The results showed that the seed germination percentage, germination energy, vigor index and length of radical and plumule were lower and the mean germination time was longer than CK extremely markedly, respectively, which indicated that the acid stress greatly inhibited the germinality and the growth of radical and plumule of Zoysia japonica seeds. The alleviation of acid stress weakened the intimidation effects of acid stress on a cer- tain extent. Irrigating could alleviate the acidity of soil which lead to triumphantly build the Zoysia japonica turf in acid soil.
