摘　　要：本文介绍了安钢炉卷轧机粗除鳞高压水系统的基本原理及主要参数，并着重分析了其粗除鳞系统存在的问题，提出了合理、实用的解决方案，并取得很好的使用效果，为高强度级别的钢板产品开发奠定了基础。It introduced the principle and major parameters of rough high-pressure descaling system of 3500mm Steckel Mill, simultaneously analyzed the existent failures, proposed corresponding rational and applied solutions, promoted the use of the device, established the conditions for the development of the high intensity level steel plate.
