摘　　要：新时期下,全球经济危机引发新一轮党员干部廉政建设的大讨论。中共中央印发的《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》的出台,对于加强学院领导干部廉洁从政工作和党员干部队伍建设具有重大现实意义,为推动学院的科学发展奠定坚实的理论和组织基础。In the new period, the global economic crisis has aroused the grand -discussion on the new term anti - corruption. With the implementation of new plan for anti - corruption construction CPC rules for the leaders＇ s political work on anticorruption, the great realistic significance will be brought to strengthen the academy party cadres team construction, I will base the stable theory and organization to prompt the scientific debelopment of the Acdemy.
