摘  要:地下水库已成为改善区域水资源时空分布的有效手段,定量评价地下水库与地表水库的有效蓄水率对提高区域水资源利用率具有重要意义.滹沱河地下水库为例,通过地下水流数值模拟方法,结合GIS技术计算不同人工补给条件下的滹沱河地下水库的有效蓄水率,并与上游黄壁庄水库有效蓄水率进行了对比研究.结果表明,地下水库的有效蓄水率在80%-91%之间,随着人工补给量的增加呈减小的趋势,黄壁庄水库的有效蓄水率在50%-80%之间,随着入库水量的增加呈增大的趋势;对比分析结果表明,地下水库储水效率明显优于地袁水库,为地下水库一地袁水库联合调蓄方案的制订提供科学依据.Groundwater reservoir has become an effective means to improve the temporal and spatial distribution of regional water resource; quantitative evaluation of the effective storage rate of groundwater reservoir and surface reservoir has an important significance for enhancing the utilizations of regional water resource. Taking Hutuo River groundwater reservoirs as an example, the groundwater flow numerical model was established, rate of the effective storage rates under different artificial recharge conditions were calculated based on GIS technology, the comparative study of effective storage rates between Hutuo River groundwater reservoir and Huangbizhuang reservoir. The results show that, the effective storage rate of groundwater reservoir are between 80% and 91%, and with the increasing volumes of artificial recharge the effective storage rate showed decreasing trend, the effective storage rate of Huangbizhuang reservoir are between 50% and 80%, and with the increasing volumes of artificial recharge the effective storage rate showed increasing trend, water storage efficiency of the groundwater reservoir is superior to surface reservoir. The results provide a scientific basis for the joint regulation and storage of surface reservoirs and groundwater reservoir.
