摘　　要：目的考察肠卫士植物胶囊的通便功能。方法通过小肠运动实验,小鼠排便时间、粪便粒数和粪便重量的测定实验研究肠卫士植物胶囊的通便功能。结果在不影响小鼠体重的情况下,各剂量组与便秘模型组相比小肠推进率均提高,其中高剂量组具显著性差异(P<0.05),样品高剂量组首次排便时间缩短,有极显著性(P<0.01);高剂量组6 h排便重量增加具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肠卫士植物胶囊能明显促进小鼠小肠运动,并能明显缩短小鼠的首次排便时间及增加6 h排便重量。肠卫士植物胶囊具有通便功能。Objective To study defecation function of Changweishi plant capsule. Methods Using the animal experiment, detected defecation time, stool grains and stool weight. Results When the mouse weight was not effected, the efficiency of the small intestine propulsion of the three doses groups were improved, high doses group had significance different （P〈 0.05）. First fecal time of the high doses groups was reduced, had high significance （P〈 0.01）. The high doses group 6 h defecating weight was increased, it had significance difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Changweishi plant capsule had defecation function.
