摘 要:目的考察用合煎、分煎方法制备的泻心汤中游离大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量的变化,并比较其体外抗菌作用。方法1.建立高效液相色谱方法,对泻心汤合煎液、分煎液样品中游离大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量进行测定。2.采用稀释法体外测试泻心汤不同煎液对常见菌种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果1.合煎液中有效成分的平均含量显著高于分煎液中的平均含量2.合煎液和分煎液对黑曲霉菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌作用有差异,但二者对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抑制作用无明显差异。结论与分煎液比较,合煎液中游离蒽醌类成分的含量较高;合煎液对黑曲霉菌抑菌作用强。Objective To investigate the contents of Rhein, Emodin, Chrysophanol, Physcion in hejian decoction and the fenjian decoction of XieXin Tang and to compare with their anti-bacterial activities in vitro. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the componets of preparations. Minimal bacterial inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) antagonized the common bacteria in different decoctions were measured in vitro by employing dilution method. Results The average content of componets in the hejian decoction was higher than that of the fenjian decoction. The hejian decoctions could display the inhibitory bactericidal activity to A.niger was stronger than that of the fenjian decoction. Conclusion Comparing with that of the fenjian decoction, the content of componets of the hejian decoction was higher to A.niger, the inhibitory bactericidal activity the hejian decoctions was stronger than the fenjian decoction. Against to Colon bacillus in the fenjian decoctions was stronger than that of in the hejian decoction.
