HPLC法测定蒿鳖养阴软坚方中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

摘　　要：目的建立一种简单、快速的高效液相色谱法测定蒿鳖养阴软坚方中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法采用色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)柱,甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果在浓度为0.5～3.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,Y=14.9345×104X-4.8341×104,(r=0.9995,n=7),平均回收率为98.6%。结论该方法快速简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于蒿鳖养阴软坚方的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Tanshinone II A in Hao Bie Yang Yin Ruan Jian Fang by HPLC. Methods Hypersil C18 chromatographic column was used with mobile phase consisting of methyl alcohol and water （75 ： 25） ,detection wavelength at 270 nm ,speed of flow at 1.0 mL/min. Results The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5-3.0 ug/mL. The regression equation is Y=14.934 5×10^4X-4.834 1×10^4, （r= 0.999 5, n = 7） .The average recovery is 98.6%. Conclusions This method is easy ,efficient and accurate with high sensitivity. It can be used for the quality control of Haobie Yangyin Ruanjian prescription.
