摘  要:电感式传感器所采用的测量转换电路输出的都是模拟信号,且都需要提供交流激磁信号,使用不方便。提出一种测量转换方法,即由单片机发出方波信号,经滤波放大后得到标准正弦波信号,用于电感式传感器激磁,传感器输出交流信号由隔离电量传感器变为直流信号后,再由单片机直接测量,测量结果以RS—232串口输出。根据该方法设计的电感式传感器测量转换模块具有电路简单、测量精度高和结果便于数字处理等特点。The measuring and converting circuit adopted by the inductance sensor often needs an AC exciting signal, making it inconvenient for use. A measuring and converting method is introduced. The inductance sensor is excited by a sin wave signal obtained by filtering and amplifying a square wave signal, which is produced by a single-chip computer. The output AC signal from the sensor is turned into DC signal by an isolation electric quantity sensor and is measured by the single-chip computer. The measured result is sent out by RS-232 interface. The measuring and converting module based on this method has the properties of simple circuit, high precision and the result is convenient for digital processing.
