摘　　要：介绍了QSY8104外卡式压力传感器的工作原理及其与正时枪、分析仪联合使用用于喷油提前角、喷油器故障、喷油泵故障、柴油机怠速稳定性等方面的无损检测。经对比测试,QSY8104传感器工作稳定可靠,性能可与进口产品媲美。该传感器已在多家企业成功应用,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。Working principle of QSY8104 clamp-on pressure transducer and the typical application of this type of transducer used for nondestructive testing fuel of injection advance angle, faults of the injector, faults of the injection pump,idle stability of diesel engine with stroboskop and analysis meter were introduced. Comparison testing proved that QsY8104 transducer worked stably and reliably, and its performance can compete with its imported products. At present,QSY8104 had been successfully applied in many enterprises,and good social and economic benefits had been achieved.
