摘　　要：在金融危机背景下,区域金融生态环境建设机制不同于企业改制时期的制定规则和恢复秩序,需要地方政府时刻关注辖区内影响金融生态环境的重要因素,并以实际行动、主导地位和灵活策略确立新的金融生态环境建设机制。山东省昌乐县通过对辖内一家农业产业化龙头企业的救助,确保了一方区域金融生态环境的稳定与优化,促进了当地经济与金融的可持续发展。In the context of the financial crisis, the area financial ecological environment construction mechanism is different from the rule-making and order restoring of the enterprise restructuring period, and the local government shall pay close attention to the major factors influencing the financial ecological environment in the jurisdiction, and establish a new financial ecological environment construction mechanism on the basis of its practical actions, dominant role and the flexible strategy. Changle County of Shandong Province ensured the stability and the optimization of the local area and enhanced the sustainable development of the local economy and finance through rescuing an agriculture industrialization corporate champion located in the jurisdiction.
