摘　　要：土地流转与农民利益密切相关,而土地流转中介组织是保证农村土地有序高效流转和有效维护农民土地流转权益的有力保障,因此培育和发展农村土地流转中介组织势在必行。在阐述了土地流转中介组织的主要职能、基本模式,以及培育和发展农村土地流转中介组织之必要性的基础上,结合我国农村土地流转中介组织的发展现状,系统探讨了培育和发展农村土地流转中介组织的相关策略。Land circulation is closely related with the interests of farmers , and Rural Land intermediary organizations not only guarantee circulate rural land efficiently and orderly, but also protect land circulation rights and interests of farmers, so it is imperative to train and develop intermediary organizations of land circulation. This paper firstly described the main functions and basic model of intermediary organizations; then explained the necessary of training and developing intermediary organizations in rural land circulation process ; then analyzed current problems existed in the development of China＇ s land circulation intermediary organizations; and at last proposed some useful suggestions for training and developing rural land circulation intermediary organizations.
