摘　　要：1947年中国共产党制定的《中国土地法大纲》,废除了封建土地剥削制度,实行耕者有其田的土地制度,它是我党在民主革命时期所制定的一个比较彻底、比较完备的土地革命纲领,对发动群众、巩固后方、解放全中国,都起到了重要的作用。The feudal system of exploitation of land was abolished by the Communist Patty in ＂The Outline of Chinese Land Law＂ in 1947. The systems of tillers owing the land was implemented. It was a relatively sound and complete revolutionary program in the democratic revolutionary period. And it played an important role in mobilization of the masses to consolidate the rear part and in the liberation of the whole China.
