摘　　要：桑弘羊是一位长期掌控中央财政经济运转的高官,为汉武帝增加财政收入推行了适时的经济政策。他以法家的站位论述了国民经济支柱部门运作及均衡发展的经济理念,这对界定和分析现今社会经济的运行有一定的启示。Sang Hongyang was a high official who had long been in charge of the operation of the central finance and economy in Han Dynasty. He implemented an appropriate economic policy to increase fiscal revenue. His econonic concept on the effective operation and balanced development of major economic departments give some light to the defining and analyzing of today＇s economic society.
