摘　　要：以新型辅料卡波姆940为基质制备尼美舒利凝胶,以一阶导数光谱法测定凝胶中尼美舒利的含量,方法简便,快速,重现性好。该药透皮吸收符合零级释放过程,对皮肤无刺激性,室温留样观察稳定性好。A nimesulide gel was prepared with a newer accessory material 940 as substrate, the content of nimesulide in gel was measured by first order derivative spectrometry. This method was considered simple and convenient, rapid, and well reproducibility. The percutaneous absorption of this agent accorded with the process of zero-order liberation. There was no stimulating nature to skin. The left sample observed had well stability in the room temperature.
