摘  要:研究民办高校督导员素质对深入教学改革和提高教学质量具有重要意义。民办高校督导员应具备思想道德、知识、能力和心理等方面的素质。加强民办高校的督导员素质建设,必须从提高思想认识、加强业务培训、优化督导环境、加强经验交流等几个方面入手,加大工作力度,才能规范督导人员的素质,改善督导员个体所处的环境,发挥督导人员自身的潜能和主体的积极性,从而提高督导员素质。It has very important meaning for deepening teaching reform and enhancing teaching quality to study the teaching supervisors' quality of civilian-run colleges and universities. The teaching supervisors should have the quality of morals, ability and psychology with regard to teaching works. For reinforcing the teaching supervisors' quality, it is necessary starting from enhancing their ideological understanding, strengthening training for their vocational ability, optimizing supervising circumstance, strengthening experience exchange to increase the impact and momentum of work, only then can their quality be normalized, the circumstance they lived be improved, their proficiency and activity be developed, thus their quality be enhanced.
