对办理治安处罚案件引发信访问题的研究

摘　　要：自公安机关开展集中处理群众信访问题活动以来,治安系统各部门积极行动,分析研究解决问题的对策。据统计,在群众的信访问题中,办理治安案件引发的信访问题占了公安机关信访案件的很大比例。因此,分析因办理治安案件引发信访问题的原因、制定相应的工作措施,对于进一步规范治安部门执法行为、加强办案指导、从源头上减少信访问题的产生具有现实的指导意义。Since the public security organization carried out the activities of dealing with letters from and calls by the people, all departments of public security acted actively, and analyzed the solutions. According to the statistics, among the problems of letters from and calls by the people, the problems caused by dealing with public security penalties cases are the most. So it is important to analyze the causes, make corresponding measures for further standardize the law enforcement of public security organization, strengthen the guide of dealing with cases and reduce the problems from the root.
