论美国政府危机管理机制及对我国的借鉴

摘　　要：多年以来,危机管理问题一直是国际社会公共治安领域研究的热点和焦点问题。而作为世界第一强国的美国,又一直处于各种危机的前沿。美国在处理各种危机事件中,积累了很多经验,并逐渐形成了一套成熟的模式。文章试针对美国对恐怖袭击应急对策、对公共卫生突发事件应急对策以及对自然灾害应急对策予以论述,以期引起国内有关人士的重视;并借鉴美国应对危机的措施,提出了我国危机管理的建议。It has been for years that the crisis administration problem became the focus in international social public security field. As the most strongest country, the United States, has been the frontier of various crises. The United States has many experiences in handling all kinds of crises, and formed a set of mature mode. The article discusses the emergency countermeasures of terrorism attack, public health crisis and nature disaster, which hopes to arose the attention of relative people, and use American measures for reference, and puts forward the suggestions of our country＇ s crisis administration.
