摘　　要：调查和总结了我校承担任职培训班的情况,并针对目前任职培训教学中存在的问题,提出了人员培训的总体设计、优化教学内容、改进教学方法、建立激励机制、培养教员能力等对策。The paper investigates and sums up pre-post training classes in the university. Then in lems in training, it proposes countermeasures related to personnel training in the overall design, teaching content, improving teaching methods, establishing incentives and improving teachers＇ view of proboptimizing the capability.
