摘 要:高温热管是通过内部碱金属工质相变换热实现传热的高效传热元件。对用于碟式热发电系统太阳能接收器中高温热管进行分析,设计了具有“V”型沟槽与金属纤维毡组合的复合吸液芯高温热管,对复合吸液芯钠热管进行了不同输入功率、不同倾角下等温性能及导热性能试验测试。结果表明,与全周加热相比半周加热高温热管轴向温差、周向温差都较高,当量导热系数较低;热管半周加热0~90°倾角放置均可稳定运行,等温性能、导热性能良好,角度变化对热管等温性能影响较小。The high - temperature heat pipe is a highly effective heat transfer element through heat ex change due to phase - change of the working medium, namely internal alkaline metal. A high - temperature heat pipe used in solar energy receiver of dish- type thermal power- generating system has been analysed,and a high - termperature heat pipe with composite wick being designed. The structure of composite wick is made up of V - shaped grooves covered with metal fibre felts. The isothermal and heat - conducting performance of a sodium heat pipe with composite wick have been tested under various power input and different inclined angles. Test proves that the axial and circumferential tempera- ture difference of half circle heated high - temperature heat pipe both are higher than that of whole circle heated one, but the equivalent coefficient of heat conductivity being lower; the half circle heated heat pipe with inclined angle of 0-90° can stably work,having good isothermal and heat- conducting performance, the effect of inclined angle being not noticeable.
