摘 要:采用DIL805A相变仪、XRD衍射仪,结合金相法研究了新型含铜高淬透性钢连续冷却过程中的组织转变并分析其动力学过程。发现试验钢在0.02℃/s的低冷速时才出现高温相铁素体,具有非常高的淬透性,冷速小于0.3℃/s时得到的是全贝氏体组织,冷速为0.3℃/s时得到的是贝氏体与马氏体的混合组织,冷速大于0.3℃/s时得到的是全马氏体组织。动力学分析表明,连续冷却过程中所得到的贝氏体似乎并不完全依赖于碳的扩散。The continuous cooling transformation and its kinetics of a new type copper-bear- ing steel were studied by DIL805A dilatometric instrument and XRD. Results showed that the test steel possessed a high hardenability, and there was no ferrite appeared until the cooling rate was be- low 0.02 ℃/s. The critical cooling rate between martensite and bainite transformation was 0.3 ℃/s, with this rate the mixed microstructure of bainite and martensite was obtained. The microstructure was whole bainite with the cooling rate lower than 0.3 ℃/s, and became martensite totally when the cool- ing rate was greater than 0.3 ℃/s. Kinetics analysis showed that the bainite obtained during continuous cooling was not controlled completely by carbon diffusion.
