摘 要:用数值模拟方法研究了45 t制造塑料模具用大型钢锭的凝固过程,预测内部偏析和缩孔、疏松的分布情况,与实际钢锭和锻件内部质量比较,证明了模拟结果的合理性,因而表明,可以采用数值模拟的方法优化大型铸造钢锭结构,改进钢锭内部质量,节约生产成本。The solidification process of 45 t steel ingot for plastic mold was studied with nu- merical simulation, by which the flaw, shrinkage cavity and porosity distribution during casting were predicted. The inner quality of ingot and forging product were in agreement with the simulation re- suits. The results indicated that numerical simulation method could optimize the structure of large in- got, improve the inner quality, and save the cost.
