摘　　要：高校学术论文数据库是一个重要的特色数据库,在学校的教学、科研、管理、年终考核及职称评定等工作中起到了积极的作用。本文基于青岛科技大学学术论文数据库的管理系统的规划与开发,从系统模块设计、平台选择、数据库设计、审核平台的详细流程和部分代码结构进行阐述。通过学术论文数据库的建设,提升高校图书馆文献信息服务保障能力。The academic papers database is an important characteristic database in the universities. It plays an active role in the instruction, scientific research, management, annual assessment and professional tides appraising. This paper expatiated on detailed processes and partial code structttres of the system module designing, platform selection, database designing and verifi- cation platform based on planning and exploitation d the academic pawas management system of Qingdao university of science and technology. To improve the safeguarding ability of the universities＇ document information services by constructing the academic pa- pers database.
