摘　　要：本文首先介绍了WorldCat Local的丰富的资源整合能力和无缝链接服务,强大的检索功能和结果呈现分析功能,贴心的社群功能和个性化服务;然后阐释了其成功的主要原因;最后对发展国内图书馆资源整合与服务集成提出建议。This paper introduced WorldCat Local＇s advantages： abundant resources and seaunless link service, powerful search ability and results analysis, wonderful social network finctions and personalized service. Then the reason why WorldCat succeeds was proposed. At last, library＇s development in integration of resources and service was suggested.
