摘　　要：知识经济时代,经济的繁荣更主要依赖于知识资本的积累与应用。在服务型政府建设过程中,明确服务型政府建设的必要性,剖析服务型政府建设存在的问题,运用知识管理建设服务型政府以优化服务流程、提高决策科学性水平与行政服务水平,整体提升政府服务的效率和品质,进而达到强化政府公共服务职能目的具有重大的现实意义。In the process of constructing service - oriented government, it has great practical significance to be clear at the necessity, analyze the problems in it, optimize service processes by knowledge management, improve the level of scientific deci- sion and administrative service, enhance the overall efficiency and quality of government services, thus chieve the purpose of strengthening the government＇s public service functions.
