摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程加快,大量外商直接投资涌入上海,外商直接投资促进上海经济增长的同时也可能给该城市带来环境污染问题。围绕"外商直接投资是否对上海的环境造成污染"、"上海环境污染治理是否会阻碍外商直接投资流入"两个问题展开,运用计量分析方法进行实证研究,发现在1981—2007年期间,FDI对上海的环境已造成污染,但环境污染治理并没有使FDI减少。The acceleration of economic globalization leads to a large engine in promoting economic growth in Shanghai. An empirical study on FDI and environment ＂s environment has been worsening. The and the correlation between pollution is carried out with the conclusion that pollution caused by FDI and pollution controls did not reduce the number of FDI in Shanghai from 1981 to 2007.
