摘　　要：选择合适的第三方物流(3PL)是统一授信模式存货质押业务顺利开展的关键环节,运用信号博弈模型,研究银行对3PL的选择问题。模型给出3PL质量越好,其预期收益越高的结论,银行以此作为判断是否接受3PL为融资业务授信对象的依据。最后给出实例比较说明结论的现实意义。Selecting appropriate 3PL is a key step to the operation of unified authority inventory financing. Through the model of signaling game,this paper studied the question of Banks selecting 3PL under inventory financing. The paper comes to the conclusion that the better 3PL＇s quality is, the more 3PL＇s expectation income is. This is the basis of banks accepting 3PL or not. Finally,it gives the solution of the best value through the actual example.
