摘　　要：应用技术经济理论和模仿经济学的方法,通过对技术融合过程分析,探讨了技术融合推动产业结构升级的作用机理。研究发现单个企业的技术融合改变了原企业的生产技术体系,优化原企业的技术结构,以致于同一产业内其它企业争相模仿,改变了整个产业的技术体系;与之同时,技术融合使得传统产业边界的模糊和消失,出现了产业融合,加速了竞争。二者共同作用,推动产业结构升级。This paper uses technical economic theory and method of imitation behavior economics to analyse the procedures of technology convergence. Our research finds technology convergence of single enterprises changes former production technology system, optimizes technical structure of enterprises so that other enterprises in the same industry imitate each other, which changes the technology system of the whole industry. At the same time,technology convergence results in the vagueness and disappearance of traditional industries. Therefore industrial convergence appears and accelerates competition. The combined effect of both promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
