摘　　要：介绍了发动机用高性能无石棉复合密封垫片的材料组成、配方设计和成型工艺,并分析了该密封垫片中各组分材料对密封垫片各项性能的影响。针对高性能复合密封垫片制品制定了新标准,其强度要求比耐油石棉橡胶板检测标准提高了50%。试验结果表明,所研制的高性能复合密封垫片的各项性能均满足要求,并通过了某型柴油机的1 000 h台架试验考核。Material composition,formulating of recipe and forming technology of the high-performance asbesto-free composite gasket for engine are introduced in the paper,the influence of different materials in the gaskets on sealing performance is also presented.New standard is set for the high-performance composite gasket product,which is 50% higher than the oil-resistant asbestos rubber plate test standard in term of strength requirement.The test results show that all the performance criteria of the developed high-performance composite gasket meet specification,the gasket also passes 1 000 h rig test of a diesel engine.
