摘　　要：烯二炔类抗肿瘤抗生素 C1 0 2 7是迄今已报道的活性最强的大分子蛋白类抗肿瘤抗生素之一。本文综述了 C1 0 2 7抗肿瘤活性、分子作用机制、活性基团与活性关系以及 C1 0 2Advances in antitumor research of the macromolecular antitumor antibiotic C1027 have been reviewed.It covers a series of topics including antitumor activity,molecular mechanism of action,the relationship between molecule composition and antitumor activity as well as the construction of immunoconjugates composed of C1027 and monoclonal antibody.
