区域一体化背景下沈阳市快速轨道交通线网规划

摘　　要：随着区域经济一体化进程的加快,大城市面临的交通压力将会越来越大。快速轨道交通作为一种"大容量、低污染、高效率"的交通工具对缓解交通拥堵将起到至关重要的作用。如何适应新时期的要求,站在区域的角度进行统筹考虑,已经成为各大城市在轨道交通线网规划编制过程中普遍遇到的难题。本文以沈阳市快速轨道交通线网规划编制为例,进行总结和反思,以期为今后同类规划的编制提供一些参考和借鉴。With the acceleration of regional economic integration process, cities will face increasing traffic pressure. As a ＂high-capacity, low pollution and high efficiency＂ mode of transport the rapid transit will play a vital role to alleviate traffic congestion. How to adapt to the requirements of the new era and make arrangements from regional perspective have become major problems of cities in formulating the rapid transit plan. This paper reviews the rapid transit plan formulation of Shenyang which would be a reference to the formulation of similar plans.
