青年自组织能力的有机构成及其建设路径研究

摘　　要：青年自组织能力是青年自组织研究的一个重要视角,具有特殊的时代内涵。它由组织实现资源整合和共识凝聚、成员参与活动的质量、组织自身的结构和发育程度以及自我调解纠纷、自我服务、自我适应等方面的能力有机构成。提升青年自组织能力不能仅局限于青年自组织主体本身,而是要着眼于共青团、外部环境、法律等客体。可通过青年自组织自身再塑造、合理定位共青团等组织职能、优化环境、推行法治化等途径提升青年自组织能力。The youth＇ s self- organizing ability is an important perspective in the research on the youth＇ s serf - organization, and it embodies special features of the times. The ability organically consists of several aspects such as the integration of resources and cohesion of consensus conducted by the organization, the quality of members＇ participation in activities, the organization＇ s structure and development level, the abilities of spontaneously resolving disputes, selfservice, self - adaptation, etc. The promotion of the youth＇s selforganizing ability should not be just limited to the youth＇s organizations. In stead, the effort should focus on the objects such as the Chinese Communist Youth League, external environment, law, and so on. We can promote the youth＇ s self - organizing ability through the following appmacbes such as re - constructing youth＇ s self - organizations, reasonably orienting the functions of the the Chinese Communist Youth League, optimizing the environment, and promoting rule with law.
