摘　　要：莱钢4^#265m^2烧结机投产以来，烧结机传动系统运行不稳定，减速机齿面磨损，齿轮断齿，弹性拉压杆频繁断裂，齿轮箱漏油等故障时有发生，严重制约着烧结矿的产、质量。针对上述存在的问题，进行了认真分析，提出了改进措施，并实施了成功改造，获得了良好的效果。Since Laigang＇s No. 4 265-m^2 sintering machine went into operation, its drive system had run unsteadily, and failures had occasionally occurred, with its reducer tooth surface wearing-away, gear wheel teeth breaking, elastic throw rod frequently fracturing and gear case oil leaking, severely restricting sintered ore＇s productivity and quality. In the light of the mentioned problems, based on a careful analysis, improvement measures were brought forward. Its successful transformation shows good returns.
